联合国人工智能与人类发展系列全球对话，是全球最高规格的 AI 人文治理官方平台，由联合国常务副秘书长阿明娜・穆罕默德发起，联合国秘书处、中国政府联合主办。该国际系列会议先后落地开罗、墨西哥城，2026 年 8 月西安全球峰会圆满收官亚洲主场论坛。大会聚焦具身智能、机器人前沿技术、AI 人文伦理、人类可持续发展，首次将东方人文哲学、共生思想、中国式智能治理理念深度纳入全球人工智能治理体系，重塑世界对人工智能文明价值的全新认知。世界联合世界大会为将高端国际学术理念转化为可视化、全球化、可永久传播的公共文化符号，打破大众对 AI 冰冷机械、人机对抗、技术替代的刻板负面认知，特发起《全球 AI 艺术形象设计大赛》，面向全球所有创作者公开征集全球人工智能艺术 IP。大赛宗旨：以艺术定义 AI 文明，以视觉重塑人机未来。

永久存续的世界级公共艺术IP---本次大赛金奖作品将被确立为人类而创作的「Global AI全球人类人工智能艺术IP」，将长期用于国际对话配套传播、国际学术交流、全球美育推广、国际艺术巡展、中外科技人文交流永久使用。

四、大赛主题

主主题：共生智能・万物向善 —— “Global AI”全球艺术 IP 形象创作

主题阐释：人工智能不再是单纯的工具、机器、程序，而是人类数百年科技、知识、文明、智慧共同孕育的全新数字文明形态。

作品需表达五层核心价值：1. 科技的未来感；2. 人文的温度感；3. 生命的成长感；4. 文明的共生感；5. 人机互助、共治、共进化的未来世界观

创作导向：包容、新生、纯粹、成长、向善、共生、智慧、无国界、未来永续。

严格禁止创作方向：1. 军事化、攻击性、战斗型机械造型；2. 暗黑赛博、恐怖、冰冷压迫、机械暴力风格；3. 人机对立、人机博弈、AI 替代人类、末日废土主题；4. 过度娱乐化、低俗商业化、萌系过度商品化形象

五、征集内容与创作要求

面向全球征集 「“Global AI”・全球人类人工智能超级公共艺术 IP」完整形象一套。

提交完整内容：1. IP 主视觉完整形象（正面主体形象为必交）；2. 完整视觉设定、气质说明、世界观定义；3. 300 字以内创作释义。

形象创作标准：1. 公共属性：面向全球、全人类、跨文明通用，无国别、地域、文化偏见；2. 气质标准：未来、温柔、纯净、包容、新生、智慧、共生、治愈；3. 风格不限：极简艺术、未来抽象、数字唯美、新国风、抽象生命体、潮流艺术、3D 未来形态均可；4. 核心精神：AI 源于人类、赋能人类、伴随人类、共生成长、文明共进。

作品形式：二维插画、平面视觉、三维数字形象、数字雕塑、原创 IP 人设均可参赛。

本次赛事全球无门槛、无国籍限制、无年龄限制、无职业限制。

八、作品提交规范

1. 参赛作品为原创完整 AI 艺术 IP 主形象一套
2. 输出格式：JPG/PNG 高清文件，单张≤20MB
3. 提交材料：IP 形象图 + 300 字创作理念文档
4. 所有作品必须 100% 原创、无抄袭、无版权纠纷
5. 一经投稿，视为参赛者完全认可本大赛全部官方规则

2. 艺术创新性 30%：视觉独创、审美高级、未来语言鲜明
3. IP 延展性 20%：可雕塑、可展览、可文创、可国际化长期使用
4. 画面完整度与世界观 10%

十、国际级奖项设置

全球金奖（1 名・终极官方录用 IP）

1. 授予官方顶级荣誉证书
2. 作品正式认证为【Global AI・全球人类人工智能永久艺术 IP】
3. 享有作者永久官方署名、全球巡展置顶推介、学术成果官方收录
4. 优先对接实体雕塑落地、国际文创开发、官方全场景应用授权签约

专属金奖奖金：15 万元人民币（或 2 万美元）

官方终审版权规则（硬性条款）

金奖奖金已包含完整著作权转让费。获奖作者出具《参赛承诺函》并与主办单位签订《IP 形象设计著作权转让协议书》后，主办单位永久拥有该 IP 形象完整版权、著作权、使用权、改编权、商业开发权；作者终身保留永久原创署名权。若获奖者无法按要求出具承诺函、签订转让协议，视为自动放弃名次与奖金，赛事组委会有权依据综合评分重新遴选递补金奖作品。

十一、版权与官方法律声明

1. 所有参赛作品必须原创，严禁抄袭、剽窃、盗用、二次拼接侵权，一经查实立即取消参赛及获奖资格，所有法律责任由参赛者自行承担。
2. 所有参赛作品展览、公示、宣传、出版、展播、媒体发布非商业使用权，无偿授予大赛主办、承办单位，作者永久保留署名权。
3. 全球金奖作品完成版权转让签约后，所有商业开发、二次创作、衍生品开发、IP 授权、落地应用权益归主办单位所有。
4. 本赛事所有赛程规则、评选标准、获奖结果、权益解释均归本次大赛组委会最终解释。

"Global AI" Global Artificial Intelligence Art IP — Global AI Art Character Design Competition

I.Competition Background

The United Nations Global Dialogue Series on Artificial Intelligence and Human Development is the world’s highest‑level official platform for AI‑related humanities governance. Initiated by Amina J. Mohammed, Deputy Secretary‑General of the United Nations, it is co‑hosted by the United Nations Secretariat and the Government of China. This international conference series has previously been held in Cairo and Mexico City. Its 2026 Xi’an Global Summit successfully concluded the Asian‑hosted forum in August 2026.

Focusing on embodied intelligence, cutting‑edge robotics technologies, AI humanities and ethics, and sustainable human development, the summit for the first time integrated Eastern humanistic philosophy, symbiosis thinking and Chinese‑style intelligent governance concepts into the global AI governance system, reshaping the world’s understanding of the civilizational value of artificial intelligence.

To translate high‑end international academic concepts into visual, global‑reaching and permanently disseminated public cultural symbols, and to break the public’s negative stereotypes of AI as cold machinery, human‑machine confrontation and technological replacement, the World United Design Conference launches the Global AI Art Character Design Competition, calling for submissions for a global artificial‑intelligence art IP from creators worldwide.

Competition Mission: Define AI civilization through art; re‑imagine the human‑machine future through visual creativity.

II.Official Competition Positioning

‑International Official AI Humanities & Arts Event:A global IP‑image‑solicitation initiative built upon the framework of the United Nations Global Dialogue Series on Artificial Intelligence and Human Development, featuring international academic authority, public‑cultural value and global communication reach.

‑Borderless Global Co‑creation Gala:Open to creators across the globe, breaking barriers of geography, culture and language to forge a shared visual symbol of AI civilization for all humankind.

Jury Panel:Joint adjudication by academic experts from the UN AI Dialogue, leading international artists, disciplinary leaders from Chinese fine‑art universities, AI tech‑ethics specialists and global IP cultural‑creative‑industry experts.

Evaluation Weighting:

X. International Award Scheme

Gold Award Prize: RMB 150,000 (or USD 20,000)

Mandatory Copyright Provisions for Final‑Award Winners:The gold‑award prize includes full copyright transfer consideration. Upon submission of theParticipation Undertaking Letterand signing of theIP‑Image Design Copyright Assignment Agreementwith the host organization, the host shall permanently acquire full copyright, authorship rights, usage rights, adaptation rights and commercial‑development rights of the IP imagery. The author retains perpetual original‑creator attribution rights.

Should the winner fail to submit the undertaking letter or sign the assignment agreement as required, the winner shall be deemed to forfeit the award title and prize. The organizing committee reserves the right to select an alternative gold‑award recipient based on comprehensive scoring.
